Custody services are offered through BitGo Bank & Trust, National Association (“BitGo B&T”). BitGo, Inc. controls the technology and intellectual property (IP) used in the BitGo ecosystem to the extent not open-sourced, and licenses such technology and IP to its affiliates under intercompany agreements. Digital asset trading is done with either BitGo Prime, LLC (“BitGo Prime”) or BitGo B&T as the counterparty to each trade. Trading settlement services are provided by BitGo B&T. Neither BitGo B&T nor BitGo Prime is engaged in the offer, sale, or trading of securities. 

BitGo Bank & Trust, National Association, BitGo Inc., and BitGo Prime LLC are separately operated, wholly-owned subsidiaries of BitGo Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
