¿Qué es la consola de administración?

La consola de administración le permite gestionar usuarios, roles y permisos en toda su organización. Con la consola de administración, usted puede:

  • Vea todos los usuarios, roles y actividades en un solo lugar para obtener una visibilidad completa.

  • Asignar y ajustar permisos según la empresa, la cartera o la función.

  • Ver actividades como cambios pendientes que esperan aprobación. 

  • Incorpore y despida fácilmente a los miembros manteniendo unos estándares de seguridad coherentes.

¿Por qué son importantes los permisos de usuario y de rol? 

Los permisos adecuados para usuarios y roles garantizan que solo los usuarios autorizados puedan iniciar transacciones, aprobar retiradas, gestionar carteras o ver información confidencial. Esto reduce el riesgo de actividades no autorizadas, protege los activos y favorece el cumplimiento normativo. 

¿Qué tipos de roles y permisos existen? 

Los roles definen qué acciones pueden realizar los miembros y dónde. BitGo proporciona roles predeterminados y también le permite crear roles personalizados que se adapten a las necesidades de su organización. 

  • Roles predeterminados: preconfigurado y se aplica automáticamente a las empresas y carteras actuales y futuras. Están diseñados para ayudar a mantener permisos coherentes en toda su organización.

    • Administradores de la organización: pueden gestionar los permisos y el acceso de los usuarios.

    • Administradores empresariales: pueden crear carteras y gestionar políticas a nivel empresarial.

    • Administradores de carteras: pueden gestionar políticas y listas blancas a nivel de cartera.

    • Gastadores de cartera: pueden iniciar transacciones.

    • Operadores de cartera: pueden realizar pedidos y ver todas las carteras de la empresa.

    • Usuarios: pueden ver los saldos y las transacciones de la cartera.

    • Auditores: pueden ver los registros de actividad de todos los usuarios de la empresa.

  • Roles personalizados: para un control más detallado, puede crear y asignar roles personalizados. Los roles personalizados le permiten definir combinaciones específicas de permisos para empresas y carteras.
