Selección empresarial

Elige la empresa en la que deseas trabajar.

Asegúrese siempre de estar en la empresa correcta antes de revisar y aprobar solicitudes.

  • Solo podrás ver las empresas a las que tienes acceso.

  • A punto verde muestra las empresas con solicitudes pendientes. 

  • Toque para ingresar a la empresa y ver las aprobaciones en la pantalla de inicio.

Para cambiar de empresa: 

  • Selecciona el icono de configuración situado en la esquina superior derecha.

  • Seleccionar la empresa es la Seleccionar empresa sección

  • Esto le llevará de vuelta a la pantalla de selección de empresa anterior.

Pantalla de inicio 

La pantalla de inicio contiene:

  • Cola central: Todos los elementos pendientes (transacciones, políticas y aprobaciones de usuarios) se encuentran en un solo lugar. También se enumeran por orden de urgencia y relevancia para que puedas procesar primero los más importantes.

  • Resúmenes: Cada elemento muestra el tipo de transacción, el importe, el remitente/destinatario y la marca de tiempo.

  • Filtros: Filtra por todas las solicitudes, las solicitudes que requieren tu aprobación o las solicitudes que requieren la aprobación de otras personas. Los filtros ayudan a gestionar un gran volumen de actividad sin perder de vista las acciones críticas. 

Detalles de la aprobación

  • Toca cualquier solicitud para ver todos los detalles.

  • Consulte un cronograma completo de aprobaciones/rechazos con nombres, marcas de tiempo y comentarios, si así lo exigen sus políticas. Esto garantiza la transparencia y simplifica la auditoría.
