アプリの操作方法

BitGo Verifyは、明確でモバイルファーストのワークフローにより、承認プロセスを簡素化するように設計されています。

企業の選定

働きたい企業を選んでください。

リクエストを確認・承認する前に、必ず自分が正しい組織に所属していることを確認してください。

  • アクセス権限のある企業の情報のみを確認できます。

  • A 緑の点 保留中のリクエストがある企業を表示します。

  • ホーム画面でタップして企業にアクセスし、承認状況を確認してください。

企業を切り替えるには：

  • 右上の設定アイコンを選択してください

  • 対象の企業を選択してください 「エンタープライズ」を選択 セクション

  • これで、上記の企業選択画面に戻ります

ホーム画面

ホーム画面には以下のものが含まれています：

  • 中央キュー： 保留中のすべての項目（取引、ポリシー、ユーザー承認）が一箇所にまとめられています。また、緊急度や重要度順に一覧表示されるため、最も重要なものから順に処理することができます

  • 概要： 各項目には、取引の種類、金額、送金者／受取人、およびタイムスタンプが表示されます

  • フィルター： すべてのリクエスト、承認が必要なリクエスト、または他者の承認が必要なリクエストでフィルタリングできます。フィルタ機能を利用することで、大量の処理を管理しつつ、重要なアクションを見逃すことなく対応できます。

承認の詳細

  • リクエストをタップすると、詳細が表示されます。

  • ポリシーで必要とされる場合、承認・却下の全履歴を、氏名、タイムスタンプ、コメントとともに確認できます。これにより、透明性が確保され、監査業務が簡素化されます。
