トラベル・ルール

BitGoにおけるトラベル・ルールについて

「トラベル・ルール」とは、BitGoのような仮想資産サービス事業者（VASP）に対し、特定の基準を満たす仮想資産の移転に関して、特定の顧客情報を収集・提供することを義務付ける規制要件です。このルールは、マネーロンダリングの防止、テロ資金供与の対策、およびデジタル資産取引の透明性向上を目的としています。

BitGoのカストディウォレット（分離管理された顧客口座およびGoアカウントを含む）は、トラベルルールの対象となります。つまり、デジタル資産を出金または受け取る際には、特定の詳細情報を提供する必要があります。なお、トラベルルールは、ホットウォレット、法定通貨取引、およびステーキング、アンステーキング、報酬の受け取りに関する取引には適用されません。

トラベル・ルールに基づき、デジタル資産を引き出したり受け取ったりする際には、特定の情報を提供する必要があります。これらの手続きが必要となるのは、お客様が以下の規制対象事業者のいずれかの顧客である場合に限られます：

  • BitGo Custody MENA FZE

  • BitGo Europe ApS

  • BitGoシンガポール

  • フランクフルト（ドイツ）トラスト

出金

VASPへの出金

BitGoのカストディウォレットから別のVASPへデジタル資産を送金する際、アドレスのホワイトリスト登録手続きの一環として、受取先のVASPおよび受取人に関する詳細情報の提供を求められる場合があります。この情報は、アドレスごとに1回のみ必要です。

VASPの追加申請

受取先のVASPがドロップダウンメニューに表示されない場合は、そのVASPをディレクトリに追加するようリクエストできます。その際、BitGoチームによる審査のために、当該VASPに関する情報を提供していただく必要があります。審査が完了次第、そのVASPはBitGoの既知のVASPリストに追加され、出金が可能になります。 注： VASPの審査が行われている間は、送金や出金を行うことも、それらを予約することもできません。審査が完了し、VASPが承認され次第、送金や出金を行うことができます。

非ホスト型ウォレットへの出金：少額入金テスト

ホストされていないウォレット（ハードウェアウォレットやMetaMaskなど）への出金を行うには、ホワイトリストに登録する外部アドレスがご自身の所有であることを確認するため、「少額入金テスト」（別名：サトシテスト）を完了する必要があります。

「少額入金テスト」は、規制要件に準拠するため、非管理型ウォレットアドレスの所有権を確認するために使用されます。指定された少額のデジタル資産が提供され、それを非管理型ウォレットからBitGoウォレットへ送金していただきます。 このテストを完了するには、24時間と3回の挑戦回数が与えられています。

テストを正常に完了させるには、指定した正確なアドレスから入金が行われている必要があります。UTXO方式のコインの場合、残高が変更アドレスから送金されることがあり、これが原因でテストが失敗する可能性があります。入金の元となる正確なアドレスを指定できるようにしてください。

未確認のアドレスからの入金

分離管理ウォレットまたはGoアカウントに入金があり、その送金元アドレスがBitGoによって認識されない場合、ウォレット管理者は アクティビティ プラットフォームの該当セクション。送金元に関する詳細情報の入力が求められます。これには、送金元が個人か法人か、およびその居住国または設立国が含まれます。
