一部の法定通貨の出金については、アプリ内で本人確認が必要になる場合があります。これにより、リクエストを承認する人物が実際にその場にいて、本人確認済みの身元と一致していることを確認します。

  • ライブネスチェックは、キュー内で「保留中のアクション」として表示されます。

  • タップ ライブネスチェックを開始 詳細ページの下部。

  • 画面の指示に従って、顔をスキャンしてください。

  • 公的機関が発行した身分証明書の写真を撮影してください。

  • 承認されると、その承認記録が保存され、適用されます。

  • 確認が完了するまで、リクエストは保留状態のままとなります。

明るい場所にいることを確認し、政府発行の有効な身分証明書（運転免許証、国民IDカード、パスポートなど）をご用意ください。

予約制のビデオによる本人確認

現在、BitGo Verifyではビデオによる本人確認通話の予約を行うことができません。引き続き、当社のウェブプラットフォームにて手続きを行ってください。
