リクエストの承認を迅速に行う
BitGoの新しいモバイル機能により、お客様は外出先からでも、資金の送金や新規ユーザーの追加といったポリシーリクエストを管理できるようになりました。これは特に時間的制約のある作業において非常に便利で、わざわざデスクトップパソコンの前に向かう手間を省くことができます。
ただし、当面の間は、動画による本人確認は引き続きデスクトップ端末で行う必要がありますので、ご了承ください。
視認性の向上
項目の承認に加え、特定の申請プロセスの状況や経緯（誰が申請したか、各ステップがいつ行われたか、次に誰が対応すべきかなど）を確認できます。これにより、誰が何を済ませたかを逐一確認する必要がなく、業務を円滑に進めることができます。
安全第一
アカウントの安全を確保するため、モバイルアプリではリクエストの承認または拒否のみが可能となっています。モバイルアプリから新しいリクエストを送信することはできません。また、ログイン時および資金の送金承認時には、二段階認証を行う必要があります。
なお、モバイルアプリでの権限設定は、デスクトップ版と完全に一致することにご留意ください。
必要な情報がすぐに手に入る
このモバイルアプリでは、市場の動向を確認したり、ウォッチリストに登録したコインの価格推移を追跡したり、最新の仮想通貨ニュースをチェックしたりすることもできます。
一部のユーザーには、ポートフォリオの総残高に加え、経時的なパフォーマンスを示すグラフも表示されます。（この機能の利用可否は、アカウントレベルの設定によって異なります。詳細については、BitGoの担当者にお問い合わせください）。

はい、BitGoのモバイルアプリはiOSとAndroidの両方で利用可能になります。
ダウンロードしてアカウントを連携するにはどうすればいいですか？
まず、App Storeからアプリをダウンロードしてください。その後、BitGoアカウントにログインしてください。
ログインを完了するには、時間ベースのワンタイムパスワードを使用した二要素認証を行う必要があります。Google Authenticator、Duo Mobile、またはMicrosoft Authenticatorのアプリのご利用をお勧めします。
BitGoでまだ二段階認証を設定していない場合は、まずデスクトップ版で設定を行う必要があります。

最適な結果を得るためには、BitGoモバイルアプリを使用する前に、まずスマートフォンでパスワードマネージャーを設定しておくことをお勧めします。そうすることで、繰り返しログインする際の手続きがよりスムーズになります。

この設定を有効にすると、企業内の各所有者およびユーザーは、企業内のすべてのウォレットの残高を確認できるようになります。ただし、この設定を無効にしておくことを好むお客様もいらっしゃいます。そのような企業の場合、モバイルアプリの「ポートフォリオ」セクションを表示しても、コインのウォッチリストのみが表示されます。
この設定の詳細や、必要に応じて有効にする方法については、BitGoの担当者までご連絡の上、「すべてのウォレットを表示」設定についてお問い合わせください。
いずれの場合も、個々の残高は表示されませんのでご注意ください 財布 モバイルアプリでは、合計残高（およびコインのウォッチリスト）が表示されるか、ウォッチリストのみが表示されます。
