Hyperliquid初のネイティブ・ステーブルコインとして、USDHはこうした基本原則を体現します。すなわち、価値を最大化するように設計された、法定通貨で裏付けられたオープン参加型のステーブルコインとなるでしょう：

USDHは、Hyperliquidのフライホイールに資金を供給するための信頼性が高く効率的な手段です。USDHは、米ドル建ての現金および短期国債のみによって1対1で裏付けられており、準備金の収益を用いてHYPEを買い戻し、ステーキングを行い、その後、オンチェーン上でコミュニティに比例配分による報酬を分配するというシンプルな仕組みを採用しています。

BitGoが提供するUSDHは、業界をリードするカストディおよびコンプライアンス基準によって強化された、堅牢な米ドルペッグ型資産です。ステーブルコインはもはや単なる発行の問題ではなく、信頼の問題です。デジタル資産への信頼を提供する上で、BitGoほどふさわしい名前はありません。

私たちの約束

BitGoのUSDH提案

USDHはHyperliquid上で米ドルと等価でネイティブに発行され、USDC、USDT、法定通貨（統合された銀行決済システム経由）、およびその他の対応資産を通じて、24時間365日、シームレスな発行と償還が可能になります。

  • ハイパーリキッド・ネイティブ： USDHは、HyperEVMとHyperCoreの両方に並行して展開されます

  • 安定： 各USDHトークンは、銀行預金、認可されたマネーマーケットファンド、短期国庫短期証券、およびオーバーナイト・レポ取引を含む、流動性の高い米ドル建て資産によって1対1で完全に裏付けられます。USDHは、他のトークンのラッパーとなるものではありません。

  • アクセス可能： Chainlinkと提携し、CCIPを活用して他のブロックチェーン間での相互運用性を実現します。

報酬ロジック

  • 準備金の収益は、主にHYPEを比例配分かつ分散化された方法で購入・ステーキングするために使用されます。USDH準備金の収益から得られるHYPEのうち、単一のバリデーターに対してステーキングされる割合は20%を超えないものとします。

    • コミュニティの決定に基づき、この収益の一部を支援基金に送金することができます。

    • ステーキングされていないHYPEはすべてプールに組み入れられ、USDH保有者に対して比例配分されます。

  • HYPEのステーキングによる報酬は、USDH保有者に比例配分されます。

    • すべてがオンチェーンで、プログラム可能かつ透明性が高い。

BitGoの見解

BitGoは、準備金として保有されている総額に対し、30ベーシスポイント（0.003%）の手数料を徴収します。

私たちは地域社会にできる限り還元したいと考えていますが、同時に、今後も継続してこれに対応できるよう、十分な資金が確保されていることも確認しておきたいと考えています。将来、金利が大幅に低下する可能性も考慮しなければなりません。
