SG Representation Letter

This Representation Letter is provided by the entity below (“Client”) to assist BitGo Bank & Trust, National Association (N.A.) and its affiliates (collectively, “BitGo entities”) in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. By signing this Representation Letter, Client represents to BitGo entities that:

1. Client acknowledges that BitGo entities may not be licensed or authorised to provide virtual asset trading and custodial services in its jurisdiction.

2. Client agrees that it approached the BitGo entities on an unsolicited basis and that any further approach to the BitGo entities regarding their products and services is at its sole and exclusive initiative.

The Client repeats the above representations at each time that it gives instructions to the BitGo entities under the relevant agreements to be signed with each relevant BitGo entity.
