BitGo Portfolio & Tax Pricing Data Disclaimer

BitGo does not provide tax, legal, investment or any other advice. Clients should consult their own CPA, attorney, and/or other investment professional.

Pricing Data is collected, timestamped, and stored in Coordinated Universal
Time (UTC). End of day prices are calculated as of end of day UTC and
may be updated for up to 24 hours after the end of day.

Changes to Historical Pricing Data

BitGo Portfolio & Tax obtains historical pricing data from third party pricing providers. This data may change, and BitGo may from time to time, without notice and in its sole discretion, withdraw, suspend, or change the Pricing Data. You agree that BitGo has no obligation to provide the Pricing Data to you and will not be liable if any Pricing Data is unavailable or changes for any reason.

Data Delays

Prices for digital assets may be delayed as specified by applicable financial exchanges, OTC venues, and/or our data providers. BitGo does not verify any pricing data and disclaims any obligation to do so.

• Pricing Data is provided "as is" and "as available", and BitGo hereby disclaims all warranties, express, statutory, or implied (including, without limitation, implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and all warranties arising from course of dealing, usage or trade practice).

• For clarity and without limiting the foregoing, BitGo makes no guarantees
  regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, security, availability, or integrity of the Pricing Data or that the Pricing Data will be uninterrupted or operate in combination with any software, service, system, or other data.

• You access and use the Pricing Data with the above understanding, and entirely at your sole risk. BitGo will not be responsible for any actions you take based on the Pricing Data.
