BitGo Verify is designed to simplify the approval process with a clear, mobile-first workflow.

Enterprise Selection

Choose the enterprise you want to work in.

Always ensure you are in the correct enterprise before reviewing and approving requests.

• You will only have the ability to see the enterprises that you have access to.

• A green dot shows enterprises with pending requests.

• Tap to enter the enterprise and view approvals on the Home Screen.

To switch enterprises:

• Select the setting gear in the top right corner

• Select the enterprise is the Select Enterprise section

• This will take you back to the enterprise selection screen above

Home Screen

The Home Screen contains:

• Central queue: all pending items (transaction, policy and user approvals) are in one place. They are also listed in order of urgency and relevance so that you can process the most important first

• Summaries: each items show the type of transaction, amount, sender/receiver and timestamp

• Filters: filter by all requests, requests requiring your approval or requests requiring approvals from others. Filters help manage high-volume activity without losing track of critical actions.

Approval Details

• Tap any request to see the full details.

• View a complete timeline of approvals/rejections with names, timestamps and comments if required by your policies. This ensures transparency and simplifies auditing.
