For certain fiat withdrawals, liveness checks may be required in app. This ensures the person approving the request is present and matches their verified identity.

Tap Begin Liveness Check at the bottom of the details page.

Follow the on-screen prompts to scan your face.

Capture an image of your government-issued ID.

If successful, your approval is logged and applied.

If unsuccessful, the request will remain pending until successfully verified.
Ensure you are in a well-lit environment and have a valid government-issued ID (driver’s license, national ID card, passport, etc.)
Scheduled Video ID Verification
Currently the ability to schedule a video ID verification call cannot be completed in BitGo Verify. Please continue to perform these through our web platform.
