Liveness Check

For certain fiat withdrawals, liveness checks may be required in app. This ensures the person approving the request is present and matches their verified identity.

• Liveness checks appear in your queue as a pending action.

• Tap Begin Liveness Check at the bottom of the details page.

• Follow the on-screen prompts to scan your face.

• Capture an image of your government-issued ID.

• If successful, your approval is logged and applied.

• If unsuccessful, the request will remain pending until successfully verified.

Ensure you are in a well-lit environment and have a valid government-issued ID (driver's license, national ID card, passport, etc.)

Scheduled Video ID Verification

Currently the ability to schedule a video ID verification call cannot be completed in BitGo Verify. Please continue to perform these through our web platform.
